Reviews
While I do not wish to influence reviews in any way, I do want to express the following:Etsy penalizes sellers for any reviews below 5★, and anything lower than 4★ indicates dissatisfaction of the item to most small business owners. If your item(s) are not 4-5★ material, please contact me BEFORE leaving a review so I can attempt to rectify the situation. I am a perfectionist and have rejection sensitive dysphoria from autism, so anything <5★ causes a lot of emotional distress to me, especially if it's sudden.Please – gently – leave reviews based on the quality of our items and customer service ONLY. Please do not leave reviews based on shipping carriers (i.e. ) or anything else out of my control, such as an item marked as "delivered", but hasn't arrived yet; delayed packages; package theft; weather delays; third party items; your perception of item size (sizes are in every item description and on the first image of each listing), etc. This is against terms of service of Etsy buyers and against my shop policies.Anyone who leaves a review that is <4★ (especially without a comment) before discussing the issue with me will be contacted via message and given 7 days to respond. After that, I will publicly reply to your review and place you on a shop ban for my own mental peace. Any ratings about something out of my control (shipping delays, severe weather, misdelivery, etc) or against any other Etsy Terms of Service will be submitted for review and may be deleted.
Arrival Time
See item details on each item listing for estimated arrival times. Most non-customized items have a 3-5 business day processing time and a 5-7 business day shipping time. We are not responsible for delayed shipping after the item has left our possession.If you have already purchased your item(s), please check your purchase email for your estimated processing and shipping times.All processing and shipping times are ESTIMATES.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Due to the nature of what I sell, I do not typically accept exchanges. See individual items for those that can be exchanged.
Returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of deliveryDue the nature of the following items – unless they arrive damaged or defective – I cannot accept returns for:
» Custom or personalized orders
» Perishable products
» Digital downloads
» Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
» Sale items (any item where a discount of any kind was used, including retiring items)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that I have paid shipping for, and 1/2 the return shipping cost for all other items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.The following items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded in any circumstances:
- B-Grade or C-Grade items
- Retiring/retired items
Refunds
Refunds will be issued 24-72hrs after we get the item(s) back (unless we have agreed that you do not need to return the item(s) for the refund).Refunds will be issued via Etsy ONLY, back to the original form of payment. We will not issue refunds via payment apps, check, or cash under any circumstances.Refunds will be in the amount agreed upon - whether partial or in full - less any shipping costs.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Contact me within: 180 days of non-deliveryIf your domestic order doesn't arrive within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS after the estimated arrival date or your international order doesn't arrive within FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS after the estimated arrival date, it is considered a lost package to us.Make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item (if it is returned to us) or the whole cost of the order (if it is not returned to us).In alignment with consumer practices of most credit cards, banks, PayPal, and Etsy, you have 180 days from the purchase date to contact us about misdelivered or undelivered packages. If you contact us after this time frame, please know you have forfeited your right to a refund or replacement.NOTE: Package Theft is NOT covered by us and we will not replace at our expense - you will have to contact your local authorities or post office for more information.
Refunds or Replacements of Items Marked as Delivered
Items marked as DELIVERED by the post office or other courier have been fulfilled to the best of our ability. If they have not arrived, please check with your neighbours and/or post office or courier service before contacting us.While we know it is frustrating to not get your order, items marked as delivered by the package carrier will not be refunded or replaced by us initially. We are a very small business who uses profits for medical bills and we unfortunately do not have the extra funds to replace everything that gets lost by mail carriers.With that said, please open a help request with us FIRST; we will then direct you to open a case with Etsy under their Purchase Protection Program where we will provide them the necessary information. While there are no guarantees, your order may qualify to be refunded by Etsy where you can then purchase the original items again or keep the refund.We encourage all buyers to purchase shipping insurance for 80¢ on all orders to make sure you can get a refund or replacement in a timely manner.

If you are coming from Etsy, please use Etsy's messaging system – not my email – to contact me about your order. This provides both seller and buyer protection. Emails sent to my personal or business email regarding Etsy orders will be responded to on Etsy and Etsy only.If you would like to contact me about something not regarding Etsy, you may email me at [email protected].
Frequently Asked Questions
General
Can I request a specific freebie with my order?
Yes! You may select one freebie from our list (coming soon) per order. You may do so by requesting the freebie by name in the order notes / notes to seller during checkout.
NOTE: Freebies are a courtesy – some extra magic – we include in our orders. Please do not abuse them for free product (we have very low prices already).Orders made by the same person / same address within the same processing week will only receive ONE freebie total, unless they are gifts for multiple people at said address).
Shipping
Why hasn't my order shipped?
All orders are made to order and will be shipped out on or before the estimated time given to you when you placed your order. If there is any change, you should receive an update from me via Etsy.I work on orders during a day off from my full time job (usually Wednesdays), which is when most of my items ship. If this doesn't work for your time frame, please contact me and I can probably do a rush order for a small fee.
Other Things to Consider
USPS near my apartment rarely scans my sticker / magnet packages (A1, A6, A7 envelopes) because they have QR codes for shipping instead of barcodes. It usually takes until the next scanning destination to update tracking for those (or sometimes they never get scanned and just arrive).
I always ship on or before the confirmed ship date, so if an item stays in Pre-Transit status, the delivery service (usually USPS) has not scanned it in.You're looking at the label purchase date instead of the shipping date. I usually purchase labels on Sunday and mark the ship date as the subsequent Wednesday, thus orders will not ship out until that Wednesday.
Your order is shipping with USPS, but tracking is through Pitney Bowes. Most sticker & magnets will be shipped in standard (A1, A6, or A7) envelopes and will have Pitney Bowes tracking, so you will not see tracking info on USPS's website.
My package says delivered, but it is not here?
Please check any possible place your package could be (mailbox, garage, front door, back door, neighbours, leasing office, etc).Lately, USPS has been marking things as "delivered", but they have not been showing up until the following day or a few days later. Please contact your local post office (USPS), sign up for informed tracking, or wait a few days before taking action.If your domestic order doesn't arrive within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS after the estimated arrival date or your international order doesn't arrive within FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS after the estimated arrival date, please see the "Shipping Delays & Lost Packages" section below.
What type of package am I looking for?
Please visit the Shipping Information page to see what type of package your order shipped in (not all orders are shipped in bubble mailers).
Can I get shipping insurance for my order?
Yes! Orders shipped in a bubble mailer, orders that don't qualify for free shipping, and orders shipped in an envelope that are over $15 will have insurance automatically applied for free.If you would like to purchase it for smaller sticker / magnet orders, you can purchase it here!
What is the benefit of shipping insurance?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the post office can sometimes lose or misdeliver items even if they are marked as delivered to your address. Shipping insurance gives you the peace of mind that you won't have to pay for your items again.With shipping insurance included in your order and in the event that the post office loses or misdelivers your item(s), you will get a replacement at no cost to you or you can choose to simply be refunded.
Custom Orders
Do you take custom orders?
I do! Please see individual items for information on personalization, or – if you do not find what you are looking for – please use the "Request Custom Order" button on my shop's page or send me a message to inquire!Custom orders will have a design fee (fee varies based on intricacy and product) and may have a longer processing time than premades.
NOTE: If you do not accept and pay for your custom order within one week (unless previously discussed), it will be cancelled and you will be placed on a shop ban.
Non-Personal Use of Our Products
Do you license any of the images in your designs to others?
I do not license raw designs or downloadable files of my designs for any type of use.
Can I use your stickers / vinyl in projects, storefronts, or for fundraising?
Please contact us before you use anything that you purchase from our shop in any of your projects, crafts, or fundraising events.We require a small usage fee (for projects) and a written contract for usage on items you plan to sell (i.e. tumblers, mugs, etc.) and a written contract for fundraising.
Caring for Your Items
Can I use your magnets on my car?
It is not advised. Our magnets are not made to withstand harsh weather conditions (i.e. sun, rain, etc) and are made of a weaker magnet than most car magnets. We can, however, offer most of our designs in car decals if they have matching vinyl colours.

Where did the cast member / team member lay-off offer go?
If you came here for the CM / TM offer that I extended to those who were laid off due to COVID, I did unfortunately have to pause sending them out and am not sure if I can finish them due to rising costs and time constraints. Do you sell wholesale?
I unfortunately cannot offer my items wholesale. I make everything to order, and my prices are competitive and materials cost effective with very small profit margins.
Other
My package doesn't have the correct items!
We made an oopsie, then... While it is very rare that we send out the wrong items, it can happen – we are human! Please let us know immediately if you received a package with the wrong items. We will send a return label or have your post office return to sender, and will ship out your correct items asap.
NOTE: if you do not return the incorrect items, you will be charged accordingly.
There are items with my order that I didn't order!
If they're tiny (about 1.25"), those are probably freebies! We send them with all of our orders since they get printed during normal production! If you have multiple items that you didn't order and they don't match your order, please let us know right away!
Can I purchase additional "Freebies"?
Many of our freebie designs can be found in the shop. If you don't see the particular freebie that you are interested in purcasing, please send us a message on Etsy!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I can offer gift wrapping for a small fee! The option should be given at checkout or when adding the item(s) to your cart. If you have multiple items in an order, they will be individually gift wrapped unless otherwise stated.

– To stick to powder-coated water bottles or to seal better, use an extra adhesive or sealant and/or use a blowdryer / heat gun on low heat from ~6” away for approx. 45sec*

Important Info
1. Apply decal as soon as possible after receiving it2. apply to surfacs between 50°F and 90°F ONLYBE ADVISED: Your decal has a piece of transfer tape on top for placement purposes. Do not peel it away from the decal until everything is placed in the desired location. our transfer tape is VERY sticky and may need some patience and small, swift movements for the vinyl to stay and the transfer tape to release it where it is (especially with small letters).3. allow decal to cure for at least 24hr before getting wet
